These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of Simpal products and services. Effective date: 10 March 2026.
By accessing the Simpal website or purchasing a Simpal eSIM product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
Simpal offers travel eSIM products and related digital fulfilment services. Product availability, plan duration, supported destinations, data allowances, and network partners may vary by package.
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate information including your email address. Payment must be completed successfully before delivery is processed.
Simpal uses third-party payment processing providers, including Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel an order where fraud, abuse, technical error, or pricing error is reasonably suspected.
eSIM products are delivered digitally, usually by email after payment confirmation and fulfilment by our supplier systems. Delivery times are typically fast, but may occasionally be affected by provider delays, technical issues, or verification checks.
Activation behaviour can vary by product. Some plans activate on installation, some on first connection to a supported network, and some according to plan rules set by the supplier.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
Simpal is not responsible for incompatibility arising from unsupported handsets, carrier locks, manufacturer restrictions, or incorrect installation by the customer.
Because eSIM products are digital services, refunds may be limited once delivery, provisioning, or activation has taken place.
Refund requests may be reviewed in accordance with our refund policy, applicable consumer law, and the supplier’s ability to verify whether a plan was delivered, installed, or used.
Where an order cannot be fulfilled due to a confirmed internal or supplier-side issue, we may offer an appropriate replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion and subject to law.
Coverage, speeds, latency, and service quality depend on local partner networks, device compatibility, congestion, geography, and other operational factors beyond Simpal’s direct control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, universal coverage, or a minimum speed in every destination.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simpal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law provides otherwise.
Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data. Please review it here: Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the applicable effective date.
